Gabriela Teissier is a Mexican-American journalist and news anchor. She was born in Mexico City and studied journalism at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Teissier began her career as a reporter for TV Azteca in Mexico before moving to the United States to work for Univision and Telemundo. She has also worked as a news anchor for KVEA-TV in Los Angeles.
Teissier is known for her coverage of immigration issues, politics, and social issues affecting the Latino community. She has received several awards for her journalism, including an Emmy Award for her reporting on the 1994 Northridge earthquake in Los Angeles.
In addition to her work as a journalist, Teissier is also a vocal advocate for immigrant rights and a supporter of organizations working to help undocumented immigrants in the United States.
